Some of you have been here before, some of you no. What we can tell you is that StatRadar is a SEO, Social Media, Internet Marketing related blog designe(r)d in order to help you with your online business techniques. Usually, we comment Google’s decisions when it comes to new algorithms but we also post a lot of articles meant to help you develop your SEO strategy or to improve your Social Media audience.

Last week though we started a series of experiments regarding SEO in general and especially SEO techniques. What we did? Well basically we browsed the internet and we looked out for the most interesting kind of experiments and also for the most controversial ones. There are a lot of rumors going out on the internet when it comes to SEO, and those can be proven only by testing them out. Some guys decided to do it, we decided to bring them to you, our readers.

The second experiment for today is named “Ranking New Websites Quickly”. Since the Penguin update, Google has made it much for difficult for us to make new websites and to make them rank good. Now, the algorithm also focuses on the longevity of the website, the history of backlinks, etc. Our question is: can it still be possible to rank good for a single keyword since the website’s beginning?

Well, the answer seems to be yes. In less than two months since the website has launched, according to a specific keyword the same website could have been found as the 4th result in Google. The conclusion? YES, IT’S STILL POSSIBLE! Even after these algorithm updates it is still possbile to rank good with a website that has been created not so long ago.
